LIVING RAW FOOD RECIPES

Last night i headed over to Mum and Dad's to cook dinner for them.  It wasn't anything special but it was food made with love, and that is always the best. Mum starts her chemotherapy next week and i wanted to introduce to her some living raw food recipes, since i will be looking after her diet and nutrition.  Mum's diet is going to be organic and majority raw foods. As i was cooking, what Dad would describe as "Rabbit Food" i wasn't too sure what his reaction would be. Verdict- He loved it! Dad is now converted. The food is fresh organic produce and tastes amazing. There was a party in my mouth.

I prepared and cooked a Superfast Salad (love this one), Red Cabbage, Snow Pea and Sesame Salad and Salmon.
